This master bedroom, master bath, kitchen, basement, and rear
patio renovation was completed in the summer of 2009. Perhaps
the most challenging aspect of this project was "forcing" a walkout
basement while keeping proper drainage and not making the terrace
levels look awkward.
The upper level terrace is where you will find the outdoor kitchen
complete with an all-weather flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace,
and dining areas. The steps then lead you down to the second
ground level where the decorative fountain starts, and continues
down a 10 foot wall to the lower level. Down below is where the
putting green is located in case you want to practice your short
game with some friends.
The basement was also furnished with a new bar, wine room, TV
and entertainment area, as well as a billiards area. This exceptional
renovation definately makes for some great entertaining!
